TEHRAN -- The Managing Director of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee of Khorasan Province, Ali-Asghar Haji Naqi said, "The wide gap between the rich and the poor has caused concern in the society. Expansion of poverty and deprivation among the needy and boosting riches among the rich has brought complicated conditions in the society." He elaborated that the rising covert and overt social disorders in the society is directly related to economic conundrums. We should solve the problems as soon as possible, to cope with the forthcoming ones."

Haji Naqi added that the number of needy families are increasing and a large number of the families living in small cities cannot provide their primary needs of life.

He asked those who are in good financial conditions to meet the needs of indigent people.
